The following structures provides options for Firms with or with-out multiple branch offices and can be applied dependent upon the structure of the
company. Presented as an example only.

                                                               Real Estate Firms Single Controlling Independent Agent
    Option #1. The Owner, President/CEO, Key-executive etc. signs-up as an Independent Agent.  (A Single
    Controlling Independent Agent). This will authorize Him/Her to assign or allow the promoting, sales and installation
    of the Technology into the homes of previous buyers and prospective new home buyers  to their sales force,
    operating under their Independent Agent ID number.

    All of the Firms previous home buyers represent a retail sale/installation of this new technology. The Controlling IA
    can delegate to someone the responsibility of contacting these previous buyers  and informing them of the
    features and benefits new technology and assisting them in getting a unit into there home.

    The Controlling Agent can also assign to someone the responsibility of expanding their sales force (through the
    recruitment process)and  building a  network of Independent Agents to include various industry related
    contractors, salespeople etc, State, Regional or Nationwide. (Residual Income Is Paid For Unlimited Levels Across
    Unlimited Levels Down).

This option allows all profits and residual income from each unit placed in homes by the sales force to be received by one person, the Controlling
Independent Agent. The sales force will benefit from the increased in earnings from higher volume home sales

                                                   Real Estate Firms Multiple Controlling Independent Agents
Option #2). Firms or Corporations with multiple Owners, Key-Executives or Top Officials which has a large number Realtors or multiple branch
locations can sign-up one another as Independent Agents in the Top positions. (Controlling Independent Agents). The same as in the option
above, will authorize Him/Her to assign or allow the promoting, sales and installation of the Technology into the homes previous buyers and
prospective new home buyers to their sales force operating under their Independent Agent ID number.

All Realtors and /or branch locations can be divided between the Controlling Independent Agents.

As mentioned in the previous option, All of each branch locations previous buyers represent a retail sale/installation of this new technology. The
Controlling Agent of each branch can delegate to someone the responsibility of contacting these previous buyers  and informing them of the new
technology and assisting them in getting a unit into there home.

The Controlling Agent  of each branch can also assign to someone the responsibility of expanding their sales force (through the recruitment
process)and  building a  network of Independent Agents to include various industry related contractors, salespeople etc, State, Regional or
Nationwide. (Residual Income Is Paid For Unlimited Levels Across Unlimited Levels Down).

This option allows all profits  paid from the sales/installation of units into homes by the sales force of each branch to be received by the Controlling
Agent of that branch. Each Controlling Agent will also receive residual income from their own branch sales production and from the  branch
location under them. However, the last branch location will only receive income and residual from their own sales because there is no branch
under them to produce residual until an expansion occurs.

                                         
           Real Estate Firms Comprised Independent Agents & Trainers
Option #3. The Owner, President/CEO, Key-executive etc., can sign up as an Independent Agent in the top position and allow ALL Agents in all
branches to sign-up under them as Independent Agents & Organizational Trainers. Obviously, the Agent in the top position can sign-up their sales
force in any order they chose, perhaps in the order of previous sales production.

This option, most importantly, will give each Agent in the firm equal opportunity and equal incentive to produce increase home sales.

This option will also allow Each authorized Agent to receive income and residual from each unit they place in homes as well as residual from those
beneath them all the way to the top position. The very last Agent in the organization will only receive income and residual from their own
production until an expansion or recruitment occurs and places an Agent under them

Independent Real Estate Agents can become an Independent Agent/Organizational Trainer and quickly build an large organization comprised of
