Revised Requirements All references to training and certification applies only to those interested in selling the electrical unit Benefits Applying as Independent Agent Only (Organizational Trainer Optional) 1.This New technology is available for sell through an Independent Agent/Organizational Trainer Only. The only way to become an Independent Agent/Organizational Trainer is by recruitment of a current IA/OT. All IA's/OT applicants must receive training from an OT and be certified before becoming authorized to perform personal sales transactions and build an organization of IA’s and OT’s through their personal recruiting efforts. 2.Independent Agent Only: The IA after certification will qualify to receive compensation from their personal sales and residual income from a percentage of all personal sales of all IA’s & OT’s in their downline for unlimited levels across and down. However, this IA must first forward all IA’s & OT’s they personally recruit preferably, to an OT in their upline to complete training/certification before they qualify! An IA cannot provide certified training. Benefits of Applying as an Independent Agent/Organizational Trainer 1. While IA’s applying as OT’s is optional, all who wish to become OT’s must also apply as an IA. All IA’s/OT’s will not only be authorized (after certification) to perform personal sales but will also receive compensation for training/certifying those they recruit as well as compensation for training/certifying the recruits forwarded to them by other IA’s. The IA/OT will also receive residual income through the same process mentioned above. 2. Group Members that become IA/OT can accelerate the growth of their organization. All IA’s should also consider signing-up, receiving training & certification as an OT. The major benefit for IA’s being certified as an OT while in Dallas, is that they can return to their home area qualified and authorized to train/certify not only their recruits but also the recruits referred to them by any IA. 3. .All Organizational Trainers who after attending the initial training in Dallas, will have the training session on dvd made available to them to train recruits in their home area. This will eliminate the need for those in there area who are in need of training to travel to Dallas There is No Pre-Launch Enrollment All IA & OT applicants “Must” be trained and certified by an OT before becoming authorized to train & certify there own recruits as well as any IA/OT's in need of training in there area. . If there is no OT in your area, you must personally attend training in Dallas, TX. to receive IA/OT training/certification no exceptions. Group Members unable to attend the training session in Dallas can exercise their option to become an IA or OT unfortunately; it would not be in their best interest to do so mainly because there is no pre-launch enrollment. If you sign-up without the ability to receive training and certification you will not be qualified to perform retail sales or organization building until after you receive the required training and certification. Please consider this requirement and do not complete and submit an application if you cannot personally attend the training/certification in Dallas. Please wait until an OT can be dispatched to your area. The initial training/certification is set for 2 weeks after the certification of the electrical unit |
